In May 2016, CJEM Enterprises was established to address the industry's need for waterjet system cleanout services, facilitating the recycling of used garnet back to providers. It all started with Joshua Borgh, one Vac, and a trailer. In the initial years, Josh balanced multiple jobs while cleaning out various customers' water tanks. Today, CJEM serves over 200 clients in the waterjet cutting industry, and along the way, Josh gained expertise in closed-loop recycling and abrasive removal systems. We design, sell, and install slurry management and water recycling systems for industrial clients in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the US
OUR SERVICES
WATERJET TANK CLEAN OUT
CJEM Enterprises utilizes 2 VacBox Xtractor systems that have 2” diaphragm pumps to remove waterjet tank used garnet slurry at a rate of 2-4 tons per hour of operation. These VacBox systems deposit the used garnet slurry into bulk bags to return for recycling or disposal. The 2” diaphragm pumps require 30CFM at 60PSI each for optimal operation.
WATER REUSE & RECYCLING
Offering a range of process water reuse and/or recycling equipment and consumables. From sub-micron filtration in custom designed tanks to Deionized resin (either regenerated or virgin resin) CJEM has the expertise to evaluate process water management and provide unique/cost effective solutions.
SLURRY MANAGEMENT
CJEM offers slurry management assessment for customers’ shop produced slurries. Filtration via baffle tanks, over-micron and sub-micron filtration to flocculant infusion settling systems, CJEM can evaluate current slurry management and recommend solutions that reduce overall costs and downtime associated with slurry management.
